Who this is for

You do not need a degree. You need to be able to do the work.

1

You want to start as a bookkeeping VA but have never opened an accounting system.

2

You work in admin, cashiering, HR or BPO, and you want to shift.

3

You know some accounting but have never touched Xero.

4

You have watched hours of free tutorials and still cannot do the job.

How it works

One live night, then thirty days of real practice.

The live session

Three hours on a Saturday night. Accounting foundations first, then Xero itself: organisation setup, invoices, bills, bank reconciliation. You ask questions as I go. You get the recording afterwards.

The portal

Two modules and two quizzes, yours for thirty days. Pass mark is 11 out of 15, and you can retake as often as you need. Every wrong answer comes with an explanation.

The practice set

A full quarter of messy books you clear yourself: 22 invoices, 19 bills, 4 purchase orders, 47 bank lines. Submit your reports, and if the figures match you get a certificate with a credential ID.

Pick the market you want to work in. Australia runs GST at 10 per cent, the UK runs VAT at 20 per cent, and the US pack carries no sales tax. You do one, not all three.

Who is teaching

I am Jenny. I have been doing this since 2012.

Fourteen years in bookkeeping and finance operations, for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore.

Hotels, property, SaaS, consulting, service businesses. At one point that meant supplier invoices for seven Singapore hotels and accounts payable across more than a hundred property entities. On a busy day, over a hundred invoices. In a month, more than fifteen hundred purchase orders matched against receipts.

I have run full-cycle AP and AR, bank and payment reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, journals and month-end close. I have handled monthly compensation for more than two hundred contractors and managed seven project coordinators.

I teach what I actually do. That is the whole difference.

Most courses are built by people who have read about bookkeeping. Mine is built from the files I close every month. When I tell you an open purchase order must not appear in Aged Payables, it is because I have seen what happens when it does.

For my full attention and help getting hired.

You will need a Google account to open the student portal — any Gmail works. Payment is by GCash or Metrobank, and the details are on the enrolment form.

Every certificate can be checked

Credential IDs look like JVA-XERO-2026-0001. A client can search yours and see that it is genuine. Student names are never published.

Verify a certificate

Most courses teach theory. Clients do not pay for theory.

They pay for someone who can open Xero, reconcile a bank account, and not break anything. That is what I teach.

What this does not cover: payroll and tax lodgement. Both work differently in every country, and teaching them generally would mislead you.
